Manic Panic's formula works on all hair types and color levels from light to dark. Use it to create colorful streaks and tips, as a root touch-up or color refresher, or as an all over color. 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free and free of parabens, gluten, ammonia, resorcinol, PPD and phthalates for a healthier you and a healthier planet.
Directions: Shake can well. Hold about 12 inches (30 centimeters) away from hair. Apply to dry and styled hair. Do not apply to wet or chemically damaged hair. Shampoos out. 
 
Warning: Flammable! Use only as directed. Do not use near flame or while smoking. Avoid spraying in eyes. Avoid spraying fingertips or fabrics. Contents under pressure. Do not place in hot water or near radiators, stoves or other sources of heat. Don't break, incinerate, or store at temperatures over 120° (50° C). Keep out of reach of children. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents can be harmful or fatal. 
 
Caution: This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation on certain individuals and a preliminary test on the skin should first be made. This product must not be used for dyeing the eyelashes or eyebrows, to do so may cause blindness. Always perform a preliminary strand test as certain colors may stain porous or chemically damaged hair.
