Twilight Blue - Manic Panic Hair Dye

Twilight Blue is a medium-toned blue with light smoky grey and cool purple undertones. For best results, it is recommended to lighten hair to the lightest 10 blonde and tone any hair that has yellow undertones before use to avoid unwanted tones. Pastels/Greys/Tone contain less pigment than our bright shades and will fade from hair faster.
